General booking conditions for Dubai Signature.

1. Who we are
Dubai Signature is part of Concierge Signature Group, providing luxury concierge services in Dubai, including yacht charter, excursions, water activities, helicopter tours, villa and apartment rental, private chauffeur, car rental, private chef, private aviation and VIP bookings.
2. Bookings and confirmation
All bookings are requests until confirmed in writing by our concierge team. Payment terms, deposits and cancellation conditions depend on the service and the partner, and are communicated to you in writing before you confirm.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicative “starting from” rates in UAE dirhams (AED). Final pricing may vary based on season, dates, group size, extras, applicable taxes and additional services. Your concierge confirms the exact rate in writing before you pay anything.
4. Client responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information (party size, dates, arrival details, ID or driving licence where required), respectful behaviour towards service partners and compliance with local laws in the United Arab Emirates. Any damage caused during a rental (property, car, yacht) is the client’s responsibility according to the partner’s terms.
5. Liability
Dubai Signature acts as a concierge connecting clients with independent service partners. We select partners for quality but do not directly operate every service. Our liability is limited to our own concierge services and does not extend to the operations of third-party partners.
