Booking Terms

Your flight is confirmed once payment is received. Arrive 45 minutes before take-off with your confirmation voucher and a valid government-issued ID.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the flight. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% is charged. Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not show up, 100% is charged. A flight cancelled because of the weather or other outside factors can be moved to another date or refunded.
Weight
The limit is 115 kg per seat. Give each passenger’s exact weight when you book, or the ticket may be cancelled without a refund. A passenger close to or over the limit may need to buy an extra seat, choose a private flight or change the date.
Safety
No alcohol or drugs before the flight: boarding can be refused without a refund. Weapons and dangerous items are not allowed. Bags are not allowed on board: lockers are available. Avoid loose clothes, scarves and high heels.
Flight conditions
Flights depend on air traffic control, the aircraft and the weather, and routes or durations can change for these reasons. Prices can be higher during holidays and peak seasons.
Photos
You can take photos and videos. Professional or long-lens cameras need approval first. Photos and videos of the flight are not included, but you can buy them.
